HB2704 would divert about $20 million in sales tax and income tax every year for 30 years away from public uses to give it to the billionaire baseball owners for stadium repairs.  Every dollar to the billionaires would take a dollar away from roads, public safety, parks, education, and workforce needs like childcare.

SB1318 and SCR1014 are twin bad ideas.  An SB- senate bill - cannot become law unless the governor signs it.   An SCR - senate concurrent resolution - goes to the ballot if it passes the AZ State Senate and the AZ State House.  An SCR is a way to avoid the governor's veto stamp. 

Both of these bills  would automatically ratchet down revenue, without looking at what state services and programs are unfunded, under funded or are getting cut, EVERY YEAR.

SB1096 - Sponsor Jake Hoffman (R - Gilbert) 

This bill would establish a bullion depository for people who have so much gold or silver that they do not know what to do with it, and taxpayers would pay for it.
